- One copy of each original curriculum book will be sent (at no charge) for a 60-day examination period.
- You will be invoiced for payment (due 60 days from shipping date.)
- All returns must be in perfect saleable condition and include a copy of the sale invoice or packing slip. CSI does not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- If you decide to return the books according to the examination guidelines, a full refund or credit for the cost of the invoices will be noted on your account.
- If you decide to keep some of the materials and return the rest, an updated statement will be sent for payment.
- This policy does not apply to International schools outside of North America.
