Changing or Canceling Your Order:

To ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, we begin processing it right after you click "Confirm Order".  Thus, we are unable to change or cancel your order after you place it.  If you have questions, please contact Customer Service at 800-635-8288. Have your order number available.  

Shipping:

USA Orders: Orders are processed within one business day and shipped via UPS or FedEx at purchasers request.
Canada Orders: Orders are processed within one business day and shipped via UPS or FedEx at purchasers request. The CSI store is closed on U.S. national holidays and weekends. Please note, orders placed on these days will ship the next business day. Shipment information of your order will be sent via e-mail, allowing g you to track your order. CSI is not responsible for missing item reported 30 days after the shipping date.

Return Policy:

• No Material, other than examination copies, may be returned without the prior approval of CSI. Clearance items purchased are not refundable. 
• Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping. It is recommended that you ship by a traceable means, such as UPS or FedEx.
• All returns must be in perfect, saleable condition and an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost only will be issued. CSI does not assume responsibility for loss or damage during return shipping.
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip with a reason for the return noted on the copy. 
• Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
